Practical Stay Near the Port

good selection helpful staff

The breakfast buffet provided a good selection of items. The location was GREAT. I could easily walk to the harbor in just a few minutes. The staff were REALLY helpful and friendly. I could always count on them.

central location quiet hotel perfect pool awesome breakfast

the location was very central. the hotel was quiet and peaceful. the pool was perfect and we always found available sunbeds (a real plus, actually). the breakfast was fantastic and had many options.

the key and lock system felt a bit outdated.

The hotel is near the sea frontline and san antonio city center. The breakfast offered tasty choices each morning. The pool area features a good temperature. I found sun loungers always available near the pool.

simple comfort near the bay

I liked the late bar hours, convenient. also, the provision of beach accessories was great. I used those beach towels every day. the hotel location was close to the port, it made getting around easy.

My room cleaning only happened every two days. sometimes they would forget towels. the cleaning was not thorough. I could still see dust.

inconsistent breakfast misleading parking

the location was central, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

the breakfast buffet lacked consistent replenishment. i often found limited options when arriving later in the morning. also, parking was advertised, but the hotel only offered access to a municipal garage with very few designated spaces. this felt misleading and inconvenient.
